Reycreo Service – Terms & Conditions

1. Service Overview

Reycreo is a subscription-based digital content service accessible via mobile devices. By subscribing, users gain access to premium games available on the platform.

2. Subscription & Charging

• The service is offered on a weekly subscription basis at R20/week.
• Charges will be deducted from the user’s mobile balance (DCB).
• The subscription will auto-renew every week unless cancelled by the user.

3. User Consent (Mandatory)

• Subscription is activated only after explicit user consent.
• User must confirm subscription via:
  • Click action (Web/CG/OTP flow)
• No billing will occur without user confirmation.

4. Renewal & Validity

• Subscription validity is 7 days from the date of activation.
• Renewal occurs automatically at the end of each cycle.

5. Unsubscription

• Users can unsubscribe anytime via:
  • Operator-supported method (USSD/SMS) or
  • Service portal/support
• After cancellation:
  • No further charges will apply
  • Access remains valid until expiry of current cycle

6. Service Availability

• Service availability depends on:
  • Network connectivity
  • Operator platform
• Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical issues.

7. Refund Policy

• No refunds are applicable once the subscription is successfully activated.
• Exceptions only as per regulatory or operator policies.

8. Liability Disclaimer

U2opia shall not be liable for:

• Service interruptions
• Network-related issues
• Indirect or consequential damages

9. Modifications

U2opia reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued usage implies acceptance.
